Mentor

Mentors guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience (including time spent obtaining an MBA) is required to be an Ignite mentor.

Mentee

Mentees want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
